Markeaton Park

Markeaton Park is open every day of the year and is situated just one mile to the west of Derby City Centre.
The duck pond is next to The Honey Pot and people just visiting the park call in to The Honey Pot to buy bags of Duck Food and other bird foods.

Beekeepers visiting The Honey Pot have some thing for their family to look round too.

The Waterfall above the bridge is Markeaton Brook feeding Markeaton Lake, a haven for wildlife. With interesting walks around the Park with a miniature steam train, Cafe and The Craft Village and Gift Shop
