Newark Region Meetings

These are usually held at The Muskham Ferry, North Muskham, NG23 6HB
This group meet in a pub at 8pm and chat about bees over a pint.

Steve Rose runs Beekeeping Courses from his small holding near Bala in Wales.
There are two courses.

INTRODUCTION TO BEEKEEPING –  Specifically for new or potential beekeepers

IMPROVERS’ COURSEFor existing but inexperienced beekeepers and those who wish to prepare for the BBKA or WBKA basic Assessment.
Also held in North Wales are special courses  organised by BIBBA. Both practical and theory. These limited places fill very quickly ( because they are very good and well run by  knowledgable beekeepers), so book early to avoid disappointment.
